Mihai Jalobeanu
Founder and CEO
Mihai Jalobeanu is a visionary computer scientist and entrepreneur with a passion for bridging the digital and physical worlds through advanced AI and robotics. With a Ph.D. in AI and Robotics and over 25 years of experience, Mihai has built a distinguished career driving innovation in embodied intelligence, robotic dexterity, and human-robot collaboration.
During his 11 years at Microsoft Research, Mihai was recognized as company-wide thought leader in Robotic Manipulation and led multiple initiatives in robotics and AI. He co-founded the Robot Learning Group, pioneering work on foundational research for general-purpose robot learning. His contributions in machine learning, computer vision, real-time control, and interactive systems resulted in an extensive portfolio of publications, patents, and internationally recognized projects.
Today, Mihai is the Founder & CEO of Dexman.ai, where he is reimagining general-purpose robotic intelligence and super-human dexterity for open-world environments. His unique blend of deep technical expertise and leadership continues to shape the future of robotics and embodied AI.
Maja Petrić
Chief Experience Officer
Maja Petrić in an internationally acclaimed new-media artist whose work reshapes the boundary between artificial intelligence and human perception. A global leader in immersive media, Maja is represented by HOFA Gallery (London) and has been exhibited at major institutions including Phillips Auction (London & Hong Kong). Her groundbreaking practice has earned her the Lumen Prize for Art and Technology and the Phillips Digital Art Award for Innovation.
With a portfolio of large-scale commissions for Meta, Microsoft, Google and National Geographic, among many others, Maja specializes in transforming complex technologies into intuitive, visceral experiences. Her unique fusion of art and science has been recognized not only in the art world but also in leading scientific venues, including NeurIPS and ICCV. She holds a Ph.D. in Digital Arts and Experimental Media from the University of Washington and a Master’s from NYU’s Interactive Telecommunications Program.
At Dexman, Maja brings this world-class expertise to the frontier of robotics. She leads the design of our embodied intelligence, ensuring that our robots are not merely functional machines, but intuitive collaborators that integrate seamlessly into the human environment.
Bo Pintea
VP of Business Development
Bo Pintea is an experienced product leader skilled in bridging the gap between complex technology and market needs. He has been scaling technology products and building high-performance teams for over two decades, including 18 years at Microsoft, where he played a pivotal role in the Unified Communications group, mastering the transition from on-premise software to cloud and edge computing.
More recently, as EVP of Business Management at Huddly, Bo led global business development and strategic partnerships, aligning market strategy with customer signals to drive growth. A two-time startup founder and board advisor, he combines deep technical expertise with a practical, founder-led approach to achieving product-market fit. He is passionate about improving business outcomes through human and machine perception technologies.
